AVBOB, in partnership with INSETA, has launched a 12-month Long Term Insurance Learnership for unemployed South Africans living with disabilities. Based at AVBOB’s head office in Centurion, this structured programme combines accredited classroom learning with practical workplace experience, leading to a registered NQF Level 4 qualification (140 credits).

Minimum Requirements

To qualify for this opportunity, applicants must:

  • Be a South African citizen aged 18–35
  • Hold a valid Matric certificate with English and either Mathematics, Maths Literacy, or Accounting
  • Be currently unemployed and not enrolled in any other educational programmes or learnerships
  • Provide a valid medical certificate confirming their disability
  • Have good communication skills and basic computer literacy (MS Office, internet, email)
  • Be willing to work at AVBOB Head Office in Centurion
  • Show initiative, independence, and a commitment to learning
