Role Overview
As a Furniture Consultant, you will act as a brand ambassador and deliver exceptional guest experiences. You will sell a wide range of products, manage sales processes, and assist with stock replenishment and visual merchandising. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced retail setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the @home brand and ensure an exceptional guest experience
- Identify guest needs and provide tailored solutions
- Track sales performance against targets
- Sell a diverse product range while staying updated on trends and technology
- Identify opportunities for new business
- Assist with stock replenishment and maintain visual merchandising standards
- Execute customer service strategies to ensure guest satisfaction
Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
