About the Role
As a Sales Associate at Totalsports, you’ll be an essential part of the in-store team, delivering an exceptional customer experience. The role focuses on customer engagement, sales growth, and maintaining merchandising standards. Ideal candidates are passionate about sports, fitness, and helping customers find the right products to meet their needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Represent the Totalsports brand with professionalism and energy
- Provide exceptional customer service by identifying and offering the best possible solutions
- Track and work towards sales targets
- Sell a diverse range of products while keeping up with the latest sportswear and fashion trends
- Seek out new sales opportunities and grow customer relationships
- Assist with stock replenishment to ensure the store is always ready for shoppers
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric) qualification
- Previous retail sales experience is advantageous
