Job Purpose

The Sales Assistant supports store operations, maximizes sales, and ensures customers receive a professional and enjoyable shopping experience. You will be responsible for handling transactions, maintaining stock, and contributing to the overall store environment.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations using effective selling techniques
• Adhere to stock loss controls and maintain accurate inventory
• Consistently meet individual sales targets
• Identify opportunities to increase turnover and drive sales
• Maintain housekeeping and visual merchandising standards
• Create an engaging and inspiring store environment
• Process all customer purchases, including cash, cards, vouchers, and loyalty cards
• Ensure all outgoing stock is scanned and accounted for
