Eligibility Criteria
- Aged between 18 and 28 years old
- Minimum education: Grade 10, Matric preferred
- Available to work on a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Must not have been permanently employed with one employer for more than one year
- Not studying full-time between April 2025 and March 2026
- Must not have previously participated in the YES programme
- Accommodation and transportation are the applicant’s responsibility
- Preference for candidates from designated groups under the Employment Equity Act
