Minimum Requirements

- South African citizenship

Job Responsibilities
- Register new patients and update records according to company standards
- Assist patients with completing medical and insurance forms
- Manage and monitor clinic supplies, equipment, and medication
- Inform patients about clinic procedures and process medical aid payments
- Handle appointment scheduling to ensure efficient patient flow
- Maintain a clean reception area while safeguarding patient confidentiality
- Answer calls within Dis-Chem standards, using proper telephone etiquette
- Record accurate messages, confirm details with callers, and direct inquiries to the correct staff
- Assist walk-in visitors, guests, and patients with queries and requests
- Respond to emergencies and provide assistance to patients in distress
- Advise patients on medical aid authorization and follow up on feedback requests
