Key Responsibilities

• Identify high-potential areas for sales and rentals using data analysis.
• Organise and attend show days, prepare marketing materials, and ensure professional property presentation.
• Follow up with prospective buyers and tenants to maximise conversion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Marketing to execute property promotions.
• Manage leads using digital tools and tech-enabled systems.
• Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and proactive communication.
• Support leasing administration, renewals, and documentation processes.
• Provide progress updates and insights to management.
• Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and competitive activity.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Senior Certificate (NQF 4).
• Registration with EAAB/PPRA as an Intern, Full Status, or Principal Agent.
• Completion of the PDE Exam advantageous but not required for interns.
• Property sales or rental experience is beneficial but not essential.
• Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional, well-presented, confident, and goal-driven.
• Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
• Tech-savvy with good computer literacy.
• Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
• Clear credit, criminal, and health record, plus two written references.
• Uncapped internet at home.
