Key Responsibilities
- Identify high-potential areas for sales and rentals using data analysis.
- Organise and attend show days, prepare marketing materials, and ensure professional property presentation.
- Follow up with prospective buyers and tenants to maximise conversion opportunities.
- Collaborate with Marketing to execute property promotions.
- Manage leads using digital tools and tech-enabled systems.
- Build and maintain a strong client base through networking, referrals, and proactive communication.
- Support leasing administration, renewals, and documentation processes.
- Provide progress updates and insights to management.
- Stay informed on market trends, legislation, and competitive activity.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Senior Certificate (NQF 4).
- Registration with EAAB/PPRA as an Intern, Full Status, or Principal Agent.
- Completion of the PDE Exam advantageous but not required for interns.
- Property sales or rental experience is beneficial but not essential.
- Knowledge of the local property market is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, well-presented, confident, and goal-driven.
- Strong networking and relationship-building ability.
- Tech-savvy with good computer literacy.
- Own reliable transport and a valid driver’s licence.
- Clear credit, criminal, and health record, plus two written references.
- Uncapped internet at home.
