Job Overview

Key Responsibilities

You will play an active role in the store and be responsible for:

• Exceeding customer expectations using effective selling techniques.
• Following stock loss controls and maintaining accurate records.

• Maintaining housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimize sales.
• Creating a welcoming and fun environment for customers and colleagues.
• Processing purchases accurately, including cash, card, vouchers, coupons, and loyalty programs.
• Ensuring outgoing stock is scanned and recorded correctly.
• Managing loyalty card processes, including accelerated partner cards.
• Building professional relationships with customers and providing courteous assistance and advice.
• Reporting customer compliments and complaints to management.
• Addressing stock queries promptly and ensuring resolution.
