Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations using effective selling techniques.
• Adhere to stock loss control procedures in-store.
• Consistently achieve individual sales targets.
• Identify opportunities to increase turnover and drive sales.
• Maintain housekeeping and uphold visual merchandising standards to optimise sales.
• Create an engaging and inspiring store environment.
• Process all customer purchases, including cash, cards, vouchers, and loyalty cards.
• Ensure outgoing stock is scanned and accounted for correctly.
• Establish professional relationships with customers and provide courteous assistance.
• Report customer compliments and complaints to management.
• Attend to and resolve all customer stock queries.

• Knowledge of current clothing trends or outdoor lifestyle products.
