Responsibilities
The HR Intern will support the HR department with the following tasks:

• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Prepare HR documents, including contracts, offer letters, and employee files
• Ensure proper filing of digital and physical records
• Assist with onboarding new staff
• Provide switchboard relief when required
• Welcome and escort visitors at the reception area
