Key Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with tools and machinery queries
- Promote sales through product knowledge and effective merchandising
- Participate in stock taking, stock control, and branch operational procedures
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Work collaboratively as part of a team while contributing to branch performance
Desired Skills and Attributes
- Strong understanding of merchandising, customer service, and retail sales
- Knowledge of stock control processes
- Previous retail experience advantageous, especially in hardware, DIY tools, or machinery
- Technical knowledge of tools and machinery considered an added advantage
- Reliable, honest, confident, and a team player
- Willingness to continuously learn and develop in the retail environment
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum requirement: Senior Certificate (Matric)
- Entry-level experience accepted, previous retail or sales exposure preferred

Working Hours and Benefits
- Monday to Friday: 08:00 – 17:00
- Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00
- Negotiable salary with benefits available
