Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Support Human Resources activities throughout the employee lifecycle.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes to create a positive employee experience.
• Provide administrative support for HR records, documentation and employee information.
• Help coordinate employee engagement, wellness, learning and development initiatives.
• Assist with preparing HR reports, metrics and people-related analytics.
• Maintain HR systems and ensure employee information remains accurate and up to date.
• Support employee communication initiatives and HR projects.
• Assist with organising HR events, training sessions and workshops.
• Work closely with managers and employees to support daily HR operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance HR processes and employee experience.
• Ensure all HR activities comply with company policies while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Requirements and Skills
• Completed Diploma in Human Resources, Human Resource Management, Business Management or a related qualification.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
