HOME CHOICE:Campaign Administrator Opportunity

- Ensure campaigns are successfully implemented in conjunction with our planning team
- Assist in writing marketing briefs when required for sign off by the planning manager
- Ensure that all marketing briefs and selection briefs are up to date and handed in on time
- Ensure that all offer and promotion set-ups are correct for the campaigns, on our internal systems
- Test our internal systems to ensure that the offers are visible/live as agreed
- Review all mailing packages going out to existing customers
Order source incentive execution
- Execution of incentives in order sources in conjunction with panners
- Sourcing of prizes and administration of the incentives
- Brief order sources on campaign promotions/offers
- Be the link between the planners and campaign coordinator’s in all matters relating to promotions, offers and incentives
Marketing adspend
- Ensure that material keys are updated in adspend files
- Ensure that adspend files reflect what is on the material schedules
- Assist in updating adspend costs if required
Research
- Complete regular competitor research, specialising but not limited to areas of responsibility and ownership
- Be constantly on the lookout for innovation ideas, ways to improve our customer experience
Administration and coordination
- Record keeping and filing of all campaign materials for each campaign by month
- Ensure that monthly management reports are all collated, distributed and filed
- Ensure all test results are distributed and filed
- Setup and manage meetings in calendars for the retail retention team
- Gather information and construct agendas for all meetings, making sure that all delegates are invited, have responded and have received pre-meeting material
- Take minutes during meetings, ensuring accurate recording of events and timeous distribution thereof
- Follow up on actions required and attend to any outstanding actions resulting from meetings
- Arrange catering and refreshments when required
- Attend to any other ad hoc activities required by the retail retention team as instructed by the core planning manager, marketing manager or director
Requirements
Qualifications and accreditations
- A Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
- An Administrative and/or Secretarial certification
- A tertiary Marketing qualification would be advantageous
Experience and skills
- Minimum of three years administrative experience within a marketing department
- A proven track record in the coordination of marketing activities
- Advanced computer literacy skills working on various systems, with a high proficiency in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Experience in preparing reports and presentations
