MERINE SPA DISTRIBUTORS:National Sales Manager OPPORTUNITY

Please note that your job description includes, but is not limited to the following:

      • All Brands sales and target responsibilities. Must be figure driven with excellent Excel knowledge and experience.
      • Draw up statistics, graphs and reports to improve and track performance of staff, stock and revenue.
      • Accountability to reach minimum sales figures p.m
      • Maintaining stockist details and database
      • Manage the team of sales executives in such a way that they all reach their targets in all their brands.
      • Have a sales strategy for every region and regularly check the plan to see if we are productive and focused.
      • Responsible for the performance, training and development of the sales executives.
      • Prepares action plans for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
      • Assist sales executives to secure sales meetings and track conversions.
      • Initiates and coordinates the development of action plans to penetrate health spa/franchise groups.
      • Conducts one-on-one review with all Sales Executives to build more effective communications, to understand training and development needs, and to provide insight for the improvement of sales executive’s sales and activity performance.
      • Assist with time management on call sheets
      • Provides timely feedback to brand manager regarding performance, growth and needs.
      • Maintains accurate records of all weekly and monthly figures of each sales executives, including targets and commissions.
      • Conduct and update proposal presentations and all support documentation
      • Prepare quotes and arrange for better deals when appropriate with brand manager.
      • Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team and up-to-date.
      • Recruits and tests sales executives based on criteria agreed upon by brand and arrange for final interviews with brand manager.
      • Manage  sales and marketing material to equip sales executives with correct tools. Ensure they have sales kits, packs and samples for sales meetings.
      • Manage call sheet and time schedule of sales executives.
      • Perform key account visits to keep relationship between health spa/salon and company thriving.
      • Perform area visits with sales executives (P.E, KZN, Western Cape and or Johanensburg dependent on where based)
      • Assisting in stock takes/orders on a monthly basis.
      • Any other supplementary task or duty that’s reasonably necessary to carry out the main function or duty of the job, or any task or duty reasonably required by you, forms part of the employee’s job description.

Requirements

      • Two years management experience required
      • Five years sales experience required
      • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office essential, strategic interpretation of Excel documents is required.
