Description
- Main purpose of the job • To Maintain work flow by monitoring steps of the process; setting processing variables; observing control points and equipment; monitoring personnel and resources; implementing cost reductions; developing reporting procedures and systems; facilitating corrections to malfunctions within process control points; initiating and fostering a spirit of cooperation within and between departments. • To Complete production plans by scheduling and assigning personnel; accomplishing work results; establishing priorities; monitoring progress; revising schedules; resolving problems; reporting on results of the production targets. • To Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating and directing personnel on the use of all control points, equipment, and resources; maintaining compliance with established policies and procedures Qualifications, Experience, Attributes • Matric Grade 12 • Preferably production process knowledge • Must be computer literate • Must have ISO and Quality knowledge • Must be able to work independent Duties and Responsibilities • Responsible to achieve production targets • Maximize profitability & stay within the budget • Optimize the manpower thus reduce labor expenses • Ensure the availability of all resources to maintain production • Submit monthly Reports, Identify performance variations and specify action plans to resolve variables from planned performance • Control the timekeeping and other administration functions • Maintain working relationship with the union by following the terms of the collective bargaining agreement • Maximize operation of equipment by training on the equipment and ensuring there repairs • Resolves personnel problems by analyzing data; investigating issues; identifying solutions; recommending action. • Ensure that subordinates are productive • Expediting, planning of vehicle trips from and to the warehouse Please send your CV in MS Word format to ******@infinsolutions.co.za
