Art Director – Corporate Opportunity

Job description

We are looking for a mid-senior art director (Designer) for our client in Johannesburg North to develop corporate artwork through all stages, from concepts to final proofs for various departments, within deadlines. The artwork required from various departments include magazines, training books, beauty books, logo design, internal communications – emailers and email banners, newsletters, powerpoint templates, invitations, flyers, building signage, banners, billboards, car decals, advertisements and support material for various launches and company events.  Success would be described as creating effective, accurate, innovative and competitive designs that are consistent with the company’s overall brand objectives and strategies, simultaneously working successfully with a diverse group of people.

Requirements

Graphic Design/Art Direction Diploma or Degree
Three to five years relevant experience
Proficient in InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop
Strong portfolio

Advantageous

Knowledge of the beauty industry
Photographic experience
Knowledge of audio-visual programs
