Our Company is looking for a personal portfolio consultant to join our team. We are looking for someone who is able to work in a fast-paced team environment, who is self-driven and who has the ability to work under pressure.
Key Performance Areas
- Policy maintenance
- Ensure that the appropriate information and advice is provided to assist the client with their Insurance portfolio.
- Up-sell and cross-sell new products or services to customers
- Maintain low audit error scores.
- Retaining of clients by re-quoting or using saving tools and techniques.
- Handling customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Welcoming the client to the company and maintaining a good relationship with all clients.
- Providing world class service and looking after the company’s best interests at all times.
Requirements
- Matric
- Insurance background
- RE would be an advantage
Knowledge,Skills & Abilities
- Good interpersonal skills
- Computer literate
- Good Communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
