My client, based in the Cape Town, is looking for a responsible candidate for effective administration, communication and bookkeeping. They are looking for someone who has great energy and great interaction skills with people they don’t know.
You will be responsible for:
- Reservationist tasks
- Booking optimisation – Cloudbeds
- Processing cancellations and no-shows – Cloudbeds and Booking.com, FNB Speedpoint terminal, Excel/Google Sheets
- Liaising with receptionists – Cloudbeds, Google Docs and face-to-face
- Bookkeeping tasks
