Salary per month: R9,500 inclusive of Company Medical Aid and Provident Fund as well as Bonus annually
Requirements and Qualifications for the Position
- Matric/Senior Certificate
- Two+ years of counter sales/cashier experience (in a retail or wholesale environment)
- Ability to solve customer problems and match up the right products with customer needs
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong sales and upselling skils
- High level of communication skills
- Dedicated and reliable employee
- The professional attitude at all times
- Clean Criminal Record
- Extremely strong accuracy and focus
The successful candidate must perform the following daily tasks/activities:
- Responsible for greeting clients and solving their issues or getting them to a store specialist
- Assist in maintaining the inventory area in front of the store
- Assist in keeping the sales floor shelves clean
- Greet customers in a welcoming yet professional manner
- Responsible for answering the phone and assisting customers
- Assist product specialists in retrieving parts from the inventory storage shelves
