What You’ll Be Doing

As a Sales Associate, your daily role will include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador, delivering outstanding customer experiences.
• Engaging customers with tailored solutions that meet their needs and exceed expectations.
• Keeping track of personal sales performance and striving to beat targets.
• Staying in the know on the latest fashion and jewellery trends.
• Actively seeking out new sales opportunities.
• Assisting in replenishing stock and ensuring the store looks its best.

What You’ll Need

Qualifications:

• Grade 12 (Matric) required.

Skills and Experience:

• Passion for people and exceptional communication skills.
• Target-driven mindset with a customer-first approach.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Great attention to detail, multitasking ability, and a knack for selling.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to resolve customer challenges.
• Experience in customer loyalty building, negotiation, and service delivery is a plus.
