Job Purpose
The Shop Assistant will focus on maximizing sales by delivering outstanding customer service and creating a “WOW” experience for every customer.

Key Responsibilities
The Shop Assistant will be responsible for:
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing unique shopping needs
- Advising customers on products, prices, and warranties
- Demonstrating and explaining product features
- Executing add-on sales and promotions
- Maintaining accurate pricing, stock levels, and store displays
- Planning and implementing promotions on time
- Participating in stock takes and minimizing stock loss
- Reporting fast and slow-moving products to management
- Protecting company assets and minimizing operational expenses
- Following merchandising and housekeeping standards
- Undertaking any additional duties as requested by management
Entry Requirements
Candidates must have:
- Matric certificate
- Minimum of six months retail experience
- Reliable transport to work shifts
