Key Responsibilities

Customer Service and Sales

• Exceed customer expectations by applying effective selling techniques
• Build professional relationships and provide courteous assistance to all customers
• Attend to customer stock queries and resolve them promptly
• Process all purchases accurately, including cash, card, vouchers, and loyalty cards
• Report compliments and complaints to management to improve customer satisfaction

Operational and Store Management

• Maintain housekeeping and ensure the store is clean and organized
• Adhere to stock loss control measures to protect store assets
• Ensure all outgoing stock, items, and scripts are scanned and properly recorded
• Uphold visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation and maximize sales
• Support individual and team sales targets consistently

Minimum Requirements

• Up to 6 months retail experience
• South African citizen
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Willingness to work retail hours

• 1-year retail experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of current clothing trends and outdoor lifestyle products
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
