GRAPHICMAIL:Web Designer Opportunities

We seek someone who have a keen eye for design and understand web users throughout the entire user journey, in particular a focus on web design, newsletters, landing pages, etc. Couple this talent with an ability to code these designs, you are what we are looking for!

Key responsibility areas:

Web design

• Design and manage coherence of iconography
• Maintain use of logo and other CI elements
• Design illustrative and unique, flat design elements for a multitude of web pages

Design and code newsletter templates:

• Adhere to responsive design
• Test templates in multiple email clients and devices
• Upload and share new and updated templates with all sales partners

• Not just nls but all across templates

• Design newsletter banners, social media headers, and other core marketing communications material

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Web Design
• HTML, CSS and PHP experience (mid-senior)
• Three years+ experience
• Proficiency in Adobe CS6 (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator)
• Excellent and professional English writing and speaking skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Great conceptual thinking, attention to detail and excellent execution
• Contemporary creative flair
• Prioritise, organise and manage a substantial workload
• Ability to multitask
• Ability to liaise with multiple levels across the organisation
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Researching design trends, staying on top of market trends

Advantageous

• Knowledge of video editing software such as Camtasia or similar

• (X)HTML expertise and familiar with responsive design

Personal Skills/Attributes

• Self starter, keen to attend courses, ongoing self study and training
• Understanding branding CI’s
• Design portfolio a must
