RAGE DISTRIBUTIONS:Junior IT Support Technician Opportunity

- Installation and configuring of computer hardware, operating systems and applications
- Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
- Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing hardware and software problems
- Serve as help desk through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone, to help resolve issues
- Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
- Support the roll out of new systems for stores and head office
- Set up new user accounts and skype profiles and deal with password issues
- Respond within agreed time limits to call outs at the stores
- Testing and evaluating new technology
- Email and Internet troubleshooting and Support
- Network troubleshooting and maintanance
- Configuring and troubleshooting network printers
- Basic server administration and support
- Escalate any unresolved issues to the IT manager
Valid drivers licence is non-negotiable
