  • Installation and configuring of computer hardware, operating systems and applications
  • Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
  • Troubleshooting systems and network problems and diagnosing hardware and software problems
  • Serve as help desk through a series of actions, either face to face or over the telephone, to help resolve issues
  • Provide support, including procedural documentation and relevant reports
  • Support the roll out of new systems for stores and head office
  • Set up new user accounts and skype profiles and deal with password issues
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call outs at the stores
  • Testing and evaluating new technology
  • Email and Internet troubleshooting and Support
  • Network troubleshooting and maintanance
  • Configuring and troubleshooting network printers
  • Basic server administration and support
  • Escalate any unresolved issues to the IT manager

Valid drivers licence is non-negotiable
