Responsibilities
- Drive turnover
- Staff planning
- Budgeting
- Maintaining a high level customer services
- Stock management
- Industrial relations
- Interaction with support office
- Ensure effective stock levels are maintained
- Stock takes
- Price adjustments
- Monitoring and controlling of unpacking and housing
- Security/asset control
- Involvement in the preparation for stock take
- Entire operation of the store
Requirements
- Computer literacy
- Good planning and organising skills
- Sound knowledge of stock admin
- Good analytic skills
- Superior customer service
- Be able to work independently
- Previous retail management experience
Personal Skills/Attributes
- Able to work in a team and independently
- Willing to travel and work retail hours
- Must have own vehicle and drivers licence
