A very busy and well-established automotive dealership in Johannesburg North, is looking for a experienced Bookings Clerk to join their team.
Requirements:
- Must have Bookings Clerk working experience in the Automotive Industry
- Matric
- Drivers license
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Working knowledge of Kerridge / Evolve or similar
Responsibilities:
- Effectively manage the bookings of vehicles for the Workshop
- Meet and greet customers
- Assist customers with all warranty service and prepare associate documents
- Update necessary vehicle and customer details
- Ensure customer satisfaction and ensure compliance to all warranty specifications
- Assist various departments where necessary
- Monitor all customer inquiries and requests
