Purpose of the Role
As a Furniture Consultant, you act as a brand ambassador for @Home Livingspace. You are responsible for exceeding guest expectations, identifying solutions to meet their needs, and supporting the store in achieving sales targets. Your work ensures the store remains visually appealing, operationally efficient, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as a Furniture Consultant include:
- Representing the brand and delivering outstanding guest experiences
- Exceeding guest expectations by identifying needs and providing tailored solutions
- Tracking sales performance against targets and contributing to store goals
- Selling a wide range of furniture and home décor products while staying updated on trends and technology
- Seeking opportunities for new business and upselling existing customers
- Assisting with stock replenishment and visual merchandising to maintain an appealing store layout
Qualifications and Experience
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Previous management experience and sales background is advantageous
