Service Desk Agent Opportunity
This position with entail call logging, basic troubleshooting, customer escalations. The successful person will need to have Linux experience and minumum of 1 year experience on service desk. Minimum of Linux qualication or N+. Own transport is essential. The imcumbent will need to be an excellent communicator, and team player and be willing to be on standby.
