• Delivering a monthly PR report to clients.
• Arranging a monthly meeting with clients & MD.
• Full management of ad hoc (project) process.
• Overseeing ad hoc (project) assistant.
• Overseeing press releases relevant to all clients.
• Matching relevant media with clients for all initiatives.
• Client liaison via email, telephonic and face to face.
• Full event management.
• Diary management.
• Data base management.
• Adhering to all NAPR policies and procedures.
• Hosting of press trips.
• Ad hoc (project) pitching of press releases to media including sales.
