About the Role
This dual-function position is designed for individuals who are enthusiastic, proactive, and eager to grow in the fields of sales and marketing. The successful candidate will work closely with both departments, assisting with client engagement, marketing campaigns, event coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify potential leads across multiple platforms
- Support sales presentations and respond to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions
- Track sales performance and forecast trends
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry developments
Marketing Responsibilities:
- Assist in the creation of brochures, social media posts, and promotional materials
- Manage social media content and scheduling
- Support event planning and execution
- Conduct market research to understand target audiences
- Handle general administrative duties, including report compilation and meeting coordination
Combined Duties:
- Collaborate across departments to align sales and marketing efforts
- Assist with business development initiatives
- Analyse campaign performance data and suggest areas for improvement
Candidate Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric qualification
- Must have own reliable transport
- Good communication and time management skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of sales and marketing functions will be beneficial
