Role Overview

The primary purpose of this position is to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the branch while ensuring excellent client service. The Clerk will be responsible for a variety of office duties to support daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling reception duties and welcoming clients
  • Performing typing and document preparation tasks
  • Maintaining accurate records and filing systems
  • Operating the switchboard and managing phone communications
  • Providing excellent client services
  • Capturing data and scanning documents
  • Performing various general office duties
  • Managing petty cash in line with company policies

Qualifications Required

  • Grade 12 (Matric)

Experience Required

  • 1-2 years of relevant office administration experience

Skills Required

  • Strong administration and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in computer applications
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Effective time management abilities
