Job Overview
As the Administrative Clerk and PA, you will support clinic operations by handling patient inquiries, managing schedules, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth communication between the clinic, patients, and medical professionals. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:00 – 16:00
Salary: Market-related (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities
- Handle patient inquiries, process medical files, and resolve concerns
- Answer incoming calls and follow up with patients and doctors’ rooms
- Maintain and update clinic records and office inventory
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and doctor-patient correspondence
- Manage communication with Medical Aids and ensure confidentiality of medical records
- Reconcile doctors’ schedules with billing software for accuracy
- Support daily administrative functions and assist the medical team as required
Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Grade 12 certificate (Matric)
- Computer Literacy Certificate
- Additional qualifications in Office Administration or related fields are advantageous
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and document management tools
- Familiarity with office equipment and administrative best practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and organizational ability
- Ability to engage professionally with peers and management
