What You’ll Be Doing
- Be an ambassador of the Sterns brand creating a memorable shopping journey for every customer
- Exceed customer expectations by providing personalised service and expert advice
- Keep track of your individual sales performance and strive to meet or exceed targets
- Stay informed about the latest jewellery trends styles and product features
- Replenish stock and maintain merchandising standards to ensure the store always looks its best
- Identify opportunities to build new customer relationships and increase sales
What We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role you’ll need a passion for people a love of jewellery and a drive to meet goals
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric
- A warm engaging personality and a strong interest in fashion or accessories
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a busy retail environment
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Proactive mindset and attention to detail
