About the Programme
This graduate programme aims to develop future leaders in supply chain operations. Selected candidates will be trained as Distribution Centre Trainee Managers and gain immersive, real-world exposure to multiple facets of the supply chain environment.
The rotational structure ensures that graduates are fully integrated into the business, equipping them with the knowledge, technical skills, and practical experience necessary to succeed in a fast-paced logistics setting.

Minimum Qualifications
Applicants must hold a degree in one of the following disciplines:
- BCom in Supply Chain or Logistics Management
- BEng in Industrial Engineering
- BTech in Retail Business Management
- BSc in Quantitative Management
- BCom in International Trade or Business
Experience and Skills Required
This programme is open to recent graduates with 0 to 2 years of experience. Ideal candidates should demonstrate:
