Role Overview
The Emergency Assist Agent is responsible for managing all emergency cases related to motor accidents, mechanical breakdowns, and roadside assistance. The role focuses on delivering professional, empathetic, and high-quality service to King Price clients while ensuring all cases are handled according to company procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and manage emergency cases in line with standard operating procedures.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Matric qualification is required.
- Previous emergency assist call centre experience is advantageous.
