Programme Overview and Responsibilities
• Attend all onboarding and induction sessions across business functions
• Work under supervision of senior staff on daily operational tasks
• Gain practical experience in logistics and supply chain processes
• Assist with research on industry trends, best practices, and new technologies
• Visit operational sites and stores for practical workplace exposure
• Support documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks
• Participate in presentations and performance evaluations
• Assist teams in achieving operational and business objectives
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within logistics operations
• Learn and apply company systems, processes, and standards
• Support customer service improvements within supply chain functions
• Perform additional duties as assigned during the programme
Requirements and Eligibility
• Qualification in Logistics or Supply Chain Management (N6, Diploma or Degree)
• TVET or Higher Education graduate requiring workplace experience
• Must be unemployed at the time of application
• South African citizen with valid ID
• Age below 32 years
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a structured programme environment
• Ability to work independently and within a team
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical thinking and decision making ability
• High level of discipline, reliability, and work ethic
• Ability to build professional working relationships
