Job description
You will be involved in the business requirements analysis scoping and discovery phases of new projects, in line with the NXT\professional services process (the structured process project methodology for new projects and project management).
You will be required to meticulously understand client requirements and find the right solutions and concepts in line with the objectives, budgets, milestones and performance metrics and clearly document the proposed solutions and estimated costs for client engagement approval. You will also be involved in the project office team to oversee the execution and testing to ensure quality of production end-to-end.
You will need to fully understand all aspects of digital and social and be a keen technology junkie. You must love all things digital and social and want to work with top brands and campaigns and innovative ideas in a fast-paces hig h pressure environment full of winners!

Requirements
Matriculation certificate/tertiary qualification
Digital agency experience essential
Project experience portfolio
Solid software development lifecycle experience (SDLC)
Extensive general knowledge and technology/social experience
Good working experience and understanding of digital media, digital channels, social media and related new media
Solid experience in analytical methodologies and insights reporting/sentiment/measurement tools
Experience in usability experience design and workflow/wireframe mapping
Experience in Visio or OmniGraffle
Solid understanding and track record of digital platforms: websites, microsites, mobisites, social media and applications
Solid understanding and track record of usability interface design and concept storyboarding/wire-framing
Ability to stay calm and deliver in a challenging, competitive, high-pressure environment
Own transport essential
Client facing and presentation skills
Ability to write and follow design specification and guidelines
Skills on both Apple and Windows

You will be expected to have excellent communication skills (both verbal and written), time management skills, self management skills, be proficient in English, be enthusiastic, committed and dynamic and be able to work within a team environment (but also excel with minimal supervision). You will be expected to work on multiple concurrent clients and projects (under pressure to constant deadlines) to consistently meet client expectations. The person will report to the chief business analyst and project office manager and work very closely alongside the account manager, strategic intervention and project development teams on multiple concurrent projects.
