African Nature is a local clothing company based in Tokai, Cape Town, specialising in men’s and ladies technical and outdoor wear.

We have an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and dynamic Junior operations manager.

Must have a Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain and Operations Management degree or equivalent and min. one to two years’ work experience, and excellent communication skills.

Duties include:

• Monitoring existing processes and analyzing their effectiveness
• Creating strategies to improve productivity and efficiency
• Supervising and training other employees.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Commerce in Supply Chain and Operations Management degree or equivalent
• One to two years’ work experience
• Expert Excel application skills to manage & monitor work flow throughout the organisation
