Requirements
Specific Skills/Qualifications:
- Matric Certificate
- Two+ years’ relevant customer call centre experience in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Ability to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries
- High ability to keep customer satisfaction at the core of every decision
- Ability to quickly and professionally answer/manage amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Ability to enter and update new customer details in the customer relationship management system according to company procedures and administrative guidelines
- Ability to assist in identifying customer needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions
- A quick learner with the ability to grasp new concepts easily
