Job description

We are searching for highly motivated and experienced recruitment reps to join our enthusiastic and dynamic team, where you will be upskilled to take on a new challenge, by representing our clients based in America and form part of their remote workforce.

The position requires cold calling and emailing, researching & qualifying of candidates, building and maintaining relationships and reaching out to potential clients and candidates in the recruiting space, while representing the client’s brand and business.

Requirements

• Experience or background in recruitment (No less than 2 years)
• Well-spoken and good communication skills are a must
• Must be prepared to work American hours (typically 3pm – 12am SA time, must be flexible)
• Quick learner (for evolving product knowledge and to keep up to date with overseas trends)
• Computer literate and tech savvy
