Key Responsibilities
- Customer Service

- Cashier Duties
- Process cash, card payments, lay-bys, and customer refunds accurately.
- Balance the till and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Merchandising and Housekeeping
- Ensure products are correctly priced and attractively displayed.
- Keep the sales floor stocked and tidy.
- Stay updated with ongoing promotions.
- Risk Management
- Ensure all products are properly tagged according to company policy.
- Participate in stock takes and report suspicious activities to management.
