Who Should Apply?

To qualify for the YES Youth Opportunity at @Home, applicants must:

• Be aged between 18 and 28 years
• Have completed Matric (preferred) or at least Grade 10
• Be available and willing to work a fixed-term 12-month contract
• Not have been permanently employed continuously by the same employer for more than 1 year
• Not be studying full-time during the contract period (April 2025 to March 2026)
• Not have participated in the YES programme before
• Be prepared to cover their own accommodation and transport costs if needed
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups as per the Employment Equity Act
