About the Programme
The Future Leaders Development Programme is a 24-month structured development initiative designed to fast-track graduates into leadership roles within Tiger Brands. The programme blends formal learning, on-the-job training, mentorship, and real-world business exposure.
Participants will be placed in various human resources functions, gaining in-depth experience that aligns with the company’s dynamic and people-centric business culture.
Who Should Apply?
Tiger Brands is looking for recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to make a meaningful impact within the FMCG sector.
Minimum requirements include:
- A BCom Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology
- A minimum 65% academic average
- South African citizenship (or legal work authorization for South Africa)
- A valid driver’s license
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Willingness and ability to relocate during different phases of the programme
- Strong leadership potential, teamwork skills, and self-motivation
- No more than one year of full-time work experience in the field (workplace experience such as internships does not count towards this limit)
Applicants must have recently completed their 3rd or 4th year tertiary qualification at an accredited institution.
