Job Purpose

As a Sales Associate, you will act as an ambassador for Exact, delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting sales targets and maintaining store readiness.

Key Responsibilities

• Represent the Exact brand and provide outstanding customer service.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions to exceed expectations.
• Track sales performance against monthly and individual targets.
• Sell a wide range of products and stay informed about the latest décor and fashion trends.
• Seek opportunities for new sales and upselling.
• Assist in stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers at all times.

Qualifications and Experience

• Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent.
