Cape Union Mart International is seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to join their Old Khaki store at Harvest Place in Kempton Park, Gauteng. Key Responsibilities

• Exceed customer expectations using effective selling techniques
• Maintain stock loss controls and ensure outgoing items are scanned and paid for
• Consistently meet individual sales targets and identify opportunities to increase turnover
• Uphold housekeeping and visual merchandising standards to optimise store presentation and sales
• Process purchases accurately, including cash, card, vouchers, and loyalty programs
• Establish professional and helpful relationships with customers, attending to queries, compliments, and complaints
• Support management by reporting stock queries, customer feedback, and operational issues
