Key Responsibilities

The Sales Associate is expected to provide a high standard of service while contributing to the store’s sales performance. Responsibilities include:

• Acting as a brand ambassador and delivering an outstanding customer experience
• Exceeding customer expectations by providing suitable product solutions
• Monitoring sales performance against targets and proactively seeking new sales opportunities
• Selling a diverse range of products while staying updated on décor and fashion trends
• Assisting with stock replenishment to ensure the store is fully prepared for customers

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates must have:

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
