Job Overview and Responsibilities
• Act as a brand ambassador and deliver strong guest service
• Assist customers in selecting furniture and homeware solutions
• Drive sales and work toward store targets and performance goals
• Identify new sales opportunities and follow up on leads
• Stay updated on product ranges, trends and materials
• Maintain accurate sales tracking and daily performance awareness
• Assist with stock replenishment and merchandising displays
• Ensure store presentation meets brand standards at all times
• Support general retail operations and teamwork across the floor
• Follow company procedures for customer service and sales processes
Requirements and Skills
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Strong interest in furniture, interiors and customer service
• Sales driven mindset with focus on targets and results
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays
• Ability to perform under pressure in a busy retail environment
• Strong attention to detail with figures and admin tasks
• Initiative driven approach to problem solving and customer engagement
• Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver solutions
