Job Overview and Responsibilities

The Permanent Part-Timer will assist management with the day-to-day running and maintenance of the store while ensuring adidas customers receive a consistently high standard of service. Key responsibilities include:

• Provide the highest level of adidas customer service to every customer.
• Welcome customers into the store and assist them in finding suitable products.
• Act as a brand ambassador and create a positive shopping experience.
• Complete sales transactions involving cash, credit cards, cheques and other approved payment methods when required.
• Use effective selling techniques, including add-on sales, to increase sales opportunities.
• Explain relevant product features and technical information to customers.

• Assist with product ticketing when required.
• Check paperwork against products received to help maintain stock accuracy.
• Assist with moving products from the stockroom to the sales floor.
• Replenish products on the sales floor when required.

• Follow display instructions and schedules provided by the store management team.
• Learn and effectively use the point-of-sale system.
• Follow company policies and procedures when processing transactions.
• Maintain the integrity and accuracy of point-of-sale activities.

• Support the team with other store duties as required by management.

Requirements and Skills
