Job Overview and Responsibilities
The successful graduate will be based at the Clicks Group UPD Cape Town branch in Montague Gardens and will report to the Central Replenishment Manager. The graduate programme will run for 12 months and will provide practical exposure within the Planning and Replenishment, or Supply Chain, department. This is an opportunity to gain valuable workplace experience in a major pharmaceutical distribution environment while developing an understanding of how supply chain functions support retail and healthcare operations.
During the programme, the graduate will gain exposure to planning and replenishment activities and the operational processes that help ensure products are available when required. The role is intended to bridge the gap between academic learning and practical workplace experience. Graduates will have the opportunity to develop professional skills while gaining insight into supply chain processes within the pharmaceutical sector.
The programme forms part of the W&R SETA Graduate Programme 2026/2027. It is specifically intended for unemployed diploma graduates who have completed an appropriate qualification. Candidates should therefore ensure that they meet the qualification requirements before applying.

Requirements and Skills

• Diploma in Production Management
• Diploma in Industrial Engineering or Engineering Operations
Applicants must be unemployed diploma graduates between the ages of 18 and 35. Candidates currently participating in a SETA bursary or learnership programme will be disqualified from consideration.
