Graduate in Training Opportunity at Eskom Durbanville

Eskom is inviting applications for one Graduate in Training opportunity in Training and Development in Durbanville, Western Cape. This internship is aimed at graduates who have completed a relevant degree in Human Resources, Learning and Development, Industrial Psychology or Adult Learning and are looking to gain practical workplace experience in the energy sector. The successful candidate will receive institutionalised and on-the-job training while developing professional skills within Eskom’s Training and Development function. The position is based within Training and Development for Peaking Generation in Durbanville. Successful applicants will go through Eskom’s recruitment process and may be placed within Eskom Operations across its divisions. Key Responsibilities
- Participate in institutionalised training provided by Eskom.

Requirements and Skills
Applicants must have a fully completed degree in one of the following fields:
- BCom or BA in Human Resources.
- BCom or BA in Learning and Development.
- BCom or BA in Industrial Psychology.
- Bachelor of Education specialising in Adult Learning.
- Must be a South African citizen.
